December's Volunteer Update!
My side of the site has just been collecting dust for the past couple of months since I started school. I've just been very busy and exhausted. Michael and I have caught some sort of cold or flu bug that's been with us for a couple weeks now.
My volunteer work has been going well, although I cross paths with a grumpy, bitter nurse a few weeks ago. I was polite as always to her, since she's the one with a problem, not me. My math teacher is the same way, though. She seems to enjoy belittling everyone she can in the hour we have with her each day. And if you have a question on a problem, don't even try to ask her. If you're lucky enough to get some explanation, it's likely to confuse you more. But I'm doing very well in the class, so I won't complain.
I really enjoy going to school. I miss Michael and not being with him all the time, but it feels great to go to class and get my career rolling.
Anyway, I didn't really have anything to say. But Michael said I better post or people were going to start thinking he killed me or something.
